Współczesne prawo międzynarodowe składa się między innymi, z prawa powszechnie obowiązującego i prawa regionalnego. Historycznie, normy prawa regionalnego są wcześniejsze i często były podstawą dla norm powszechnych. W prawie międzynarodowym obowiązują zasady, które bezwzględnie dotyczą zarówno norm w wymiarze powszechnym, jak i w wymiarze regionalnym. W Karcie Narodów Zjednoczonych dostrzeżono rolę i znaczenie norm regionalnych, z jednoczesnym zaznaczeniem niesprzeczności tych norm z postanowieniami wynikającymiz Karty Narodów Zjednoczonych.

Abstract This paper examines the factors which influence sharing of the strategic information (in other words, electronic coordination) in a buyer–supplier dyad. The antecedents of this coordination are examined rather well in the transaction cost economics (TCE) theory and resource-dependency theory (RDT), while the supply chain management perspective is contemplated. Studies of executive institutions have largely dealt separately with national and international executive institutions (IEIs). This study unpacks and repacks four conflicting decision-making dynamics that unfolds at the frontier of IEIs – that is, at the institutional rim where national and international executive institutions meet, interact and collide.
