Il saggio restituisce una lunga esperienza di progettazione partecipata in alcuni quartieri periferici di Palermo. Gli allievi del Laboratorio di Progettazione urbanistica hanno lavorato insieme ai ragazzini delle scuole medie ed elementari del quartiere. La loro interazione è stata soprattutto centrata sul lavorare a disegni e a immagini urbane. Le immagini dei "bambini" sono diventate un canale di comunicazione e il saggio racconta il processo nella sua interezza e affronta le questioni, teoriche e pratiche, connesse alla elaborazione e all'interpretazione dei disegni. Abstract: The essay deals with the issue of participation in urban and architectural transformation practices through the narration of a concrete case: the Cultural Farm at the Zisa of Palermo. The writing traces its salient steps and enucleaves the nodes and the theoretical and disciplinary contents concerning the statutes of the architectural project and their rewriting, looking at the paradigm of postproduction as the key to contemporary transformations.

We analyzed through this thesis the decisional process within universities that drives to the educational supply. In order to do so, we used a stakeholder view. Whereas value distribution process has an effect on the production process, the organizational context emphasises a peculiar dimension. The integration of various stakeholders allows to measure individual contributions on the value creation process, through the decisional process. In unserem Beitrag analysieren wir, wie die Burgerinnen und Burger den Regierungswechsel und die Ubernahme der Regierungsgeschafte durch die neue grun-rote Regierung wahrgenommen, wie sich die Regierungs- und Parteienzufriedenheit (ausgedruckt durch die hypothetische Wahlentscheidung) im Zeitverlauf entwickelt haben und was die Determinanten der Zufriedenheit sind. Unsere Analysen basieren dabei auf insgesamt sechs reprasentativen telefonischen Befragungen im Zeitraum von November 2011 bis Oktober 2015. The research focuses on analysis of a well-known fragment of Justinian’s Digesta: 50.16.130 (Ulp. 2 ad leg. Iul. et Pap.). Formerly, several scholars have raised many doubts regard to its authenticity. The author’s basic idea is that there are not solid issues in favor of the hypothesis that the fragment is not genuine. On the contrary, both the examination of the terminology, used in the fragment, and the comparison between D. 50.16.130 and other sources (in particular: D. 38.16.1 pr.; 5.3.1 e 3; Tit. Ulp. 11.2-3; 11.14) might provide interesting evidences in support of its classical content.
