Relationship between lower limb neuromuscular performance and bone strength in postmenopausal women with mild knee osteoarthritis.

Objectives: To investigate whether neuromuscular performance predicts lower limb bone strength in different lower limb sites in postmenopausal women with mild knee osteoarthritis (OA). Methods: Neuromuscular performance of 139 volunteer women aged 50-68 with mild knee OA was measured using maximal counter movement jump test, isometric knee flexion and extension force and figure-of-eight-running test. Femoral neck section modulus (Z, mm³) was determined by data obtained from dualenergy X-ray absorptiometry. 2020. gada novembrī uzņēmums “Google” paziņoja, ka pievienos papildus faktoru savam tīmekļu lapas meklētāj servisa lapu ranžēšanās algoritmam – (GCWV) Google Core Web Vitals testa rezultātus. Testa būtība ir veikt novērojumus par jebkuras tīmekļa lapas veiktspēju un idejiski meklētāj servisā kārtot lapas augstāk ar labāku veiktspēju. Darbā tiek apskatītas Google Core Web Vitals testa metrikas un citas populāras tīmekļa veiktspējas metrikas, to ietekmējošie faktori un biežāk veiktie optimizācijas darbi. Praktiskajā daļā tika veikti optimizācijas darbi autora veidotai tīmekļa lapai. Rezultātā tika gūts metriku rezultātu uzlabojums par 60%. Darbu noslēdz rezultātu un secinājumu nodaļas.
The effects of associative and semantic priming in the lexical decision task.

Four lexical decision experiments were conducted to examine under which conditions automatic semantic priming effects can be obtained. Experiments 1 and 2 analyzed associative/semantic effects at several very short stimulus-onset asynchronies (SOAs), whereas Experiments 3 and 4 used a single-presentation paradigm at two response-stimulus intervals (RSIs). Experiment 1 tested associatively related pairs from three semantic categories (synonyms, antonyms, and category coordinates). The results showed reliable associative priming effects at all SOAs. [Abstrac] Women’s football is a phenomenon that is experiencing an unstoppable increase in recent years. The objective of this study was to analyze how ball possessions are performed in highperformance women’s football. For this, the 52 matches played by all the national teams participating in the Women’s World Cup 2015 were analyzed. A total of 3740 ball possessions were examined. Using the “move outcome” variable as a reference criterion, a statistically significant relationship was found between possessions that ended in success and possessions that have failed. AbstractThis paper investigates gender differences in university performances in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) courses in Italy, proposing a novel application through the segmented regression models. The analysis concerns freshmen students enrolled at a 3-year STEM degree in Italian universities in the last decade, with a focus on the relationship between the number of university credits earned during the first year (a good predictor of the regularity of the career) and the probability of getting the bachelor degree within 4 years. Summary Objectives This study aimed at evaluating the clinical performance and osseointegration of short orthodontic implants immediately loaded with orthodontic forces. Material and methods The investigation was designed as an experimental animal study. Eight palatal implants of the Ortho-system® were immediately loaded with 100 cN after palatal insertion in 4 female german shepherd dogs.
