The current thesis focuses in one of Spain’s most relevant authors: Pedro Dorado Montero. Acting as a bridge between the criminal law conceptions of the 19th and 20th centuries, Dorado Montero offered a very unique, original theory: the ‘Derecho protector de los criminales’ (Protective Law of the Criminals). Towards the end of the 19th century, a clash between the penal neoclassical theories and the new positivist theories took place. As a result, the hegemony of the old school was contested. Na ich tle powstaje zatem szereg interesujących zagadnień prawnych. W opracowaniu omówiono status w postępowaniu sanacyjnym wierzytelności zabezpieczonej zastawem rejestrowym. A simple field method to measure the hydrodynamic properties of soil surface crust

The hydraulic resistance of the surface crust was determined by a combination of two infiltrometric techniques: first, a surface measurement of steady-state infiltration rate is conducted by a mini-disk tension infiltrometer (MDI); then, the surface crust is removed, its thickness is measured, and a ponded infiltration test is performed at the same site. ABSTRACT Objective: The core aim of this study was to examine the predictive role of demographic, psychosocial and driving features of Spanish drivers on their risk perception over recidivist traffic offenders, focusing on gender as a key differentiating factor.
