Realizing the social acceptance of community renewable energy: A process-outcome analysis of stakeholder influence

2014

This study shows how stakeholders influence the development of community renewable energy (CRE) schemes and how they are influenced by their outcome. It relies on information collected during 41 structured interviews with local people involved in CRE initiatives in seven regions of Europe. The interviews were thematically analyzed to identify different types of stakeholder influence.

2021

From the second half of the nineteenth century, urban planning was understood, according to a top-down approach managed by government systems, as a cure for the city affected by the disease, injustice, and violence. This approach, aimed at regulating the behaviour of producers in cities and territories, aims at favouring the strongest economic and social actors to the detriment of the weakest social tissues. Today, the various factors of economic and social crisis, which act on a global scale, have made the picture of inequalities even more complicated and uncertain than in the past. Consequently, the technocratic responses provided by central governments are no longer enough and indeed som…

Green cities, eco-quartieri e dimensione intermedia. Per una nuova stagione di rigenerazione urbana

2014

INNOVATION AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES TO ENHANCE THE ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE IN THE HISTORIC CITY.THEORY AND TOOLS

2016

The ancient heritage is a fundamental territorial resource, the reason why territory protection and conservation have to be reinforced, as much as it’s necessary to improve its promotion and responsible use. In particular, cultural heritage promotion inside the cultural circuit, gives the chance to own the territory in terms of social and tourist resource. In this perspective, the process of valorization of the historical sites must be proactive and strategic in order to spread knowledge of cultural heritage, through the use of advanced tools for the understanding of the exhibition in the museum context; but also to improve the public use. As part of integrated strategies for sustainable de…

Aktywność sołectw wspierających rozwój społeczny w ramach Programu Odnowy Wsi w latach 2013-2015

2018
