Nel tentativo di far luce sui maggiori coni d’ombra che emergono dalla relativa disciplina speciale del rapporto di lavoro, la tesi riflette l’esigenza di un ripensamento sistematico della figura del dirigente pubblico, nell’ottica di prospettare de iure condendo possibili correttivi. On modified α-ϕ-fuzzy contractive mappings and an application to integral equations

Abstract We introduce the notion of a modified α-ϕ-fuzzy contractive mapping and prove some results in fuzzy metric spaces for such kind of mappings. The theorems presented provide a generalization of some interesting results in the literature. Two examples and an application to integral equations are given to illustrate the usability of our theory.

Criminal Procedure Law reform carried out in 2015 requires, in order to adopt the investigation proceedings that limit the rights recognized by art. 18 Spanish Constitution, to respect the guiding principles of specialty, suitability, exceptionality, necessity and proportionality. This article aims, departing from the legal text and considering existing jurisprudence, to unveil the true meaning of these principles.

Where does verecundia stand in the ancient Rome? As Robert Kaster said, it stands close to the pudor, working in face-to-face relations “between respect and shame”. How the verecundia concept took part as a moral feeling is clearly explained in Seneca’s Letter 11 to Lucilius. In this text the philosopher offers a complex, concise portrait of verecundia, allowing to see that it is, to all intents and purposes, a social emotion, as well as an useful behavior to explain the birth of a moral gaze in “second person”.
