La Revolución francesa de 1789 fue el escenario donde se libró una lucha abierta entre dos concepciones de la libertad y sus respectivas repercusiones en la concepción del poder político: la libertad particular que el individuo reclama para sí al margen del Estado, e incluso contra él, y la libertad del ciudadano, entendida como la libertad de obedecer a la voluntad general. El objetivo de este ensayo es perfilar, en líneas generales, la posición que adoptó el jacobinismo con respecto a la relación entre sociedad civil y Estado, en confrontación con el enfoque liberal que, siguiendo los modelos americano e inglés, propugnaron los sectores moderados de la Revolución.

NH4HCO3–water solutions regeneration in RED closed loop applications

Reverse Electrodialysis (RED) in closed loop arrangement (Reverse Electrodialysis Heat Engine - REDHE) is a promising technology to convert low-grade waste heat into electricity. RED is a membrane process exploiting the salinity gradient between a concentrated and a diluted solution to generate electrical current. Due to the transfer phenomena occurring in the RED unit, the two exiting solutions are partially mixed. Thermal regeneration processes can be used to restore the initial conditions of the two solutions, thus closing the loop. In recent years, interest in studying envy at work has grown. Based on a previous review on envy and jealousy at work, the objective of this paper is to review and systematize the knowledge about this topic provided by empirical research in the past five years. After the search in scientific databases, establishing exclusion and inclusion criteria and literature coding, 32 papers were selected.
