Impact flavor compounds in cooked rice cultivars from the Camargue area (France)

International audience; Rice from two scented (Aychade, Fidji) and one nonscented (Ruille) cultivars from Camargue area (France) together with one Asian scented rice (Thai) were cooked and volatile compounds were extracted by dichloromethane/pentane (1;2, v/v) solvent mixture. 40 odorous compounds were noticed during GC-O analysis of the organic extracts, amongst which oct-1-en-3-one and 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline were altmost constantly perceived. Hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) of perceived odours enabled to distinguish the groups of rice cultivars. 60 compounds were identified and quantified by GC-MS. International audience; Efforts have been undertaken for the last decades to promote the production of scented rice cultivars in Camargue, a traditional rice cultivation area in the south of France. Volatile compounds of cooked rice from two scented Camargue rice cultivars (Aychade and Fidji) were analysed and compared to that of a marketed Asian scented rice one (Thai)(1). L’obiettivo principale di questa tesi di dottorato è quello di valutare la crescita verde e lo sviluppo sostenibile delle regioni italiane utilizzando un approccio multidimensionale finalizzato alla costruzione di indicatori compositi. L’analisi in componenti principali è utilizzata per sintetizzare le variabili che rappresentano dimensioni della crescita verde e della sostenibilità dello sviluppo. Particolare attenzione è dedicata ai metodi per derivare pesi di ponderazione endogeni, cioè basati sulla struttura dei dati. LPV model identification for gain scheduling control: An application to rotating stall and surge control problem

Abstract We approach the problem of identifying a nonlinear plant by parameterizing its dynamics as a linear parameter varying (LPV) model. The system under consideration is the Moore–Greitzer model which captures surge and stall phenomena in compressors. The control task is formulated as a problem of output regulation at various set points (stable and unstable) of the system under inputs and states constraints. We assume that inputs, outputs and scheduling parameters are measurable. Come mai si registra un calo, sempre maggiore, dell’interesse verso le discipline umanistiche in generale e della storia in particolare?
