Il lavoro di ricerca dal titolo “Su alcuni aspetti della sentenza nel processo civile romano” mira ad identificare i soggetti della sentenza nel processo civile romano ed a ricostruirne i contenuti in riferimento ai tre tipi di processo storicamente succedutisi. Cette opération a permis de comprendre l’organisation et l’évolution d’un quartier urbain de l’agglomération d’Intaranum sur les cinq premiers siècles de notre ère.Située immédiatement à l’est d’une voie reliant Entrains à Auxerre, la parcelle fouillée semble n’être investie que vers le début du Ier s. Les premiers indices d’occupation livrent l’image d’un paysage rural, peu anthropisé, centré chronologiquement sur la période augustéenne. La zone va bénéficier très rapidement de la mise en place d’une voie est-ouest, implantée de manière non perpendiculaire à l’axe principal, et qui semble polariser l’organisation générale du quartier. Il lessico utilizzato in iscrizioni di età ellenistico-romana, in cui si fa riferimento al soggiorno di guarnigioni in città, rivela una comunicazione che privilegia la sfera emotiva per ottenere privilegi o sgravi da abusi. In particolare sono oggetto di analisi: decreti civici in onore di comandanti elogiati per l’eutaxia; lettere reali che contengono provvedimenti volti a reprimere gli abusi degli eserciti, probabilmente risposte ad ambascerie delle popolazioni che lamentavano situazioni di disagio; documenti che riguardano città ellenistiche ed imperium Romanum, con ottenimento di esenzione dall’alloggiamento dei soldati attraverso l’intervento di evergeti.

Esta tesis doctoral consiste en una edición crítica de los Ethicorum Libri III (Valencia, 1816) escritos por el erudito valenciano Mariano Madramany y Calatayud, acompañada de una traducción al español y de notas explicativas. En la introducción se da detallada cuenta de la biografía de Madramany a partir de la consulta de la documentación de archivos, y se repasa el conjunto de su producción escrita, prestando especial atención a los contenidos, las estructuras y las fuentes de los Ethicorum. El doctorando establece las principales fuentes de los Ethicorum Libri III, a saber, santo Tomás de Aquino, el Catecismo Romano y la Theologia Moralis de Alfonso de Ligorio.
