The current paper addresses the dynamics of the service sector in Romania, from the perspective of a new concept, namely the "composite synergy of services". The main points of the paper approach the fact that direct and indirect investments in the service sector create a synergic and composite effect on the development of the economy, as a whole, in Romania. The paper aims to be a prequel to a mathematical and economic demonstration of the existence of the composite synergy of services, laying the theoretical foundations of the concept and underlining the premises for its existence.

Il contributo richiama l'attenzione su un saggio di Reimarus pubblicato nel 1830 che, pur offrendo interessanti spunti per un dibattito sulla teoria di Bluhme per la composizione del Digesto di Giustiniano, non ha suscitato l'eco che avrebbe meritato, finendo per essere ignorato nella letteratura successiva che si è occupata del tema.

Ma si tratta di un passato generativo, non nostalgico e contemplativo, e di un presente dinamico e complesso, che apre al futuro. Among the problems long debated by the scholars of the testament called per aes et libram, the most interesting was the one concerning the original character of the mancipio accipiens-familiae emptor. The speech is based on a close anaysis of the principal sources, that describe two periods in testamentum per aes et libram evolution’s (especially, Gai 2.102-108, PT. 2.10.1), but it also concern – more generally – the analysis of well-know passages (see, in particular, Tit. Ulp. 20.2-9; Gell., Noct.
