Esta carta crea un precedente en España, ya que por primera vez se muestra la percepción que tienen los médicos de familia sobre las tres consultas de optometría abiertas en el Servicio Navarro de Salud (Osasunbidea), transcurridos 10 años de la creación de la primera de ellas en 2006. Teniendo en cuenta que no todas las comunidades autónomas cuentan con estas consultas implementadas en el sistema sanitario, consideramos que este servicio es fundamental ponerlo en marcha y desarrollarlo en el resto de comunidades, para ofrecer al paciente una mejor atención primaria. Abstract Background The primary health care services are becoming increasingly complex, which presents challenges for the municipal nursing services. In Norway, municipal in-patient acute care (MipAC) has been introduced in all municipalities, and the competence at the services has been questioned. Few studies have examined the nursing services in the units. Lending-based crowdfunding (LBC), in the large and tumultuous galaxy of crowdfunding, is the least fully disciplined and maybe the most problematic sector. Regulation n. 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020, on European providers of crowdfunding services for businesses, gives now a definition and significantly detailed discipline of the LBC, alongside the more widely known and regulated figure of investment-based crowdfunding (IBC). The essay takes some notes on this new text, also in view of the task of national Legislators and Authorities of introducing a domestic discipline on the LBC, consistent with the new framework of harmonization at EU level.
