En el ambito de la gestion deportiva, la calidad de losservicios deportivos y la satisfaccion de los usuarios es un area de gran desarrollo. Este trabajo pretende determinar el grado de calidad percibida en unos servicios deportivos de caracter publico como son unas escuelas de actividades nauticas. Para ello se analizaron 2375 usuarios de estas escuelas que contestaron un cuestionario sobre calidad de servicio percibida y satisfaccion con el servicio recibido. Työn tarkoituksena on selvittää uimahallipalveluiden tuottamismalleja kuntaorganisaatioissa. Tutkimuksen kohteena ovat uimahallien hallinto ja laitosteknisten palveluiden tuottamismallit. Laitosteknisillä palveluilla tarkoitetaan kiinteistön ja allastekniikan ylläpitoon liittyvää toimintaa. The current paper addresses the dynamics of the service sector in Romania, from the perspective of a new concept, namely the "composite synergy of services". The main points of the paper approach the fact that direct and indirect investments in the service sector create a synergic and composite effect on the development of the economy, as a whole, in Romania. The paper aims to be a prequel to a mathematical and economic demonstration of the existence of the composite synergy of services, laying the theoretical foundations of the concept and underlining the premises for its existence.
