This article aims to investigate how ‘knowledge-related human capital’ can be accumulated, i.e. created, shared and transferred, in family business over time. ‘Knowledge-related human capital’ is considered to be a combination of pure knowledge and skill, which family and non-family members working in the family firm have gained and developed through education and experience. Two wine producing family firms from Switzerland and a liqueur family firm from Italy are part of this research. The spectroscopic and imaging performance of energy-resolved photon counting detectors, based on new sub-millimetre boron oxide encapsulated vertical Bridgman cadmium zinc telluride linear arrays, are presented in this work. The activities are in the framework of the AVATAR X project, planning the development of X-ray scanners for contaminant detection in food industry. However, these discussions are often confusing because there are multiple definitions for the sharing economy, and the discourse does not usually specify which definition it is based on. The purpose of this three-wave longitudinal study is to examine the role of workplace conditions (school leaders’ vision building and teams’ shared goals), in supporting teachers’ engagement in information sharing over time.
