L’obiettivo dell’articolo è quello di esaminare i vincoli e le opportunità che possono derivare dalle attuali trasformazioni del diritto amministrativo italiano. In particolare, si formula un giudizio complessivo sugli interventi di semplificazione amministrativa e normativa, individuandone le ragioni di fondo e i profili di debolezza che li hanno caratterizzati. Abstract The criteria for intervention on the existing building heritage in the historic centers cannot be pursued without taking into consideration the renovation of the whole relevant urban territory. This does not imply an idea to postpone to future planning, rather to increase the topics in the General Urban Plan (PUG), by bringing into the PUG the elements of the traditional detailed plans for the historic areas with a methodology simplification. Machine Learning Models for Measuring Syntax Complexity of English Text

In this paper we propose a methodology to assess the syntax complexity of a sentence representing it as sequence of parts-of-speech and comparing Recurrent Neural Networks and Support Vector Machine. We have carried out experiments in English language which are compared with previous results obtained for the Italian one.
