Implementējot SOA risinājumus, uzņēmumiem bieži nākas saskarties ar vairākām problēmām, sākot no tehniskās realizācijas līdz kļūdainām darījuma prasībām. No tām palīdzēs izvairīties pirms un pēc implementācijas analīze, kas tika definēta maģistra darbā. Maģistra darbā tiks apskatīta un analizēta servisu orientētas arhitektūras (SOA) pieeja sistēmu integrācija. Darbs satur SOA teorētisko raksturojumu, SOA analīzes metodoloģiju pirms un pēc implementācijā un reālas SOA implementācijas analīzi. Dye Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSCs) are nowadays more and more employed since they present lower production costs than traditional silicon photovoltaic devices. An interesting phenomenon affecting such devices consists in the fact that current density-voltage (J-V) characteristic can depend on the history of the cell prior to the measurement, which often can be assimilated to an anomalous hysteresis effect. In this work, we study such phenomenon on Ruthenium-based DSSCs through a series of measurements performed after applying different values of external electrical field to the cell. Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC), usually referred as one of the most promising third generation photovoltaic devices, is an electrochemical device in which a molecule (i.e., the dye) chemisorbed onto the surface of a porous material absorbs the incident light and, thus, transfers an electron to the wide band gap semiconductor material. The injected electrons can diffuse through the semiconductor up to the collecting anode without the risk of recombination. Uno strumento virtuale per il monitoraggio e il controllo di un impianto fotovoltaico a concentrazione

In questa memoria si presenta una sintesi delle attività condotte nell'ambito del progetto SERPICO ("Sviluppo E Realizzazione di Prototipi di Inverter per impianti fotovoltaici a Concentrazione", PO-FESR Sicilia 2007-2013, Misura 4.1.1.2). Il progetto ha riguardato lo sviluppo di un prototipo di impianto fotovoltaico-termico a concentrazione e del relativo sistema di monitoraggio e controllo. Tale sistema permette di acquisire le quantità sia elettriche che termiche. Inoltre esso implementa un algoritmo per l'inseguimento solare utilizzato per ottimizzare la produzione di potenza.
