This thesis focuses on the analysis of a retailing innovation adoption process by customers. More in particular it examines the effect of Customer Organizational Socialization on the relationship between Relational Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty to a new form of selling.Towards this end, we conducted an exploratory study to identify variables promoting the success of a retailing innovation as well as the adoption and learning processes of a new form of selling. Zudem wurde eher die Krise der Vorstädte, der banlieues beachtet, womit Stigmatisierung und Ausgrenzung analyseleitend wurden. Pour une fois, ce n'est pas une commémoration qui impose cet ouvrage, mais seulement l'attachement à une œuvre d'Auxerre : celle des constructeurs de la cathédrale. De la même époque, nous avons la chance de posséder un autre monument, celui des " Gestes des évêques d'Auxerre " (Gesta pontificum Autissiodorensium), qui, récemment édités et traduits, constituent un miroir pour la cathédrale. Il s'agit, non seulement, d'un monument littéraire et historique, mais d'un précieux témoignage pour notre approche, où l'on perçoit, comme rarement, la volonté de changer l'architecture. La campagne 2010 a permis l’achèvement de la fouille du chœur avec la mise au jour d’une nouvelle maçonnerie associable aux niveaux antiques du site, et l’identification de sépultures supplémentaires portant le nombre total d’inhumations inventoriées jusqu’à présent à 405 individus.
