Calonghi ha messo a punto una metodologia di ricerca in educazione adeguata alle caratteristiche della scuola italiana. La sua attività scientifica copre un arco temporale di circa cinquanta anni.E' possibile enunciare i principi ispiratori dell'innovazione didattica ricavandoli dalla vasta produzione scientifica di Calonghi. Si discute sull'attualità della sua metodologia di ricerca nell'attuale contesto culturale.

The paper proposes a reflection on the educational dimension of cartoons from the double point of view of Media Education and Neuroeducation. Cartoons are either a means to highlight the educational potential of the fictional fruition practice and an activator memory, attention, emotion and perception which are at the basis of cognition and learning. This contribution describes an education research carried out in the A.Y. 2015/2016 with 12 in-service teachers and 198 university students attending the course of Primary Education Sciences at the University of Palermo. A Multivariate Approach to Study the Bacterial Diversity Associated to the Wooden Shelves Used for Aging Traditional Sicilian Cheeses.

The present study was carried to correlate the microbial diversity of the biofilms developed on the wooden boards used for aging traditional Sicilian cheeses with cheese typology. To this end, the microbial diversity of the shelves in contact with the cheeses PDO Pecorino Siciliano, PDO Piacentinu Ennese, and TAP Caciocavallo Palermitano, during ripening, was evaluated by a multivariate statistical approach. The shelf biofilms of this study were previously analyzed for their microbial composition, but no correlation between biodiversity and cheese type was investigated. The paper focuses on the reasons for the link between children's rights and family rights, in order to highlight that parenting educational competences are challenging risk factor in contexts of poverty and always decisive factor for the actual promotion of the rights of children and adolescents. More precisely, firstly the passages of of the Convention in which the necessity of the family is argued as primary context of children's rights. This poster describes the FORGE (FactOry of uRban GamEs) project, a proposal that our research group launched in partnership with the Municipality of Palermo (Italy) and other local stakeholders in 2019. FORGE will be hosted in what was previously a chemical plant (the former 'Chimica Arenella') and is an open factory designed to collect needs and to generate interventions for urban innovation. The four key terms we have used for the project are urban, game, factory and participation.
