A dynamic performance management approach to support local strategic planning

In spite of efforts devoted in the last decades to local strategic planning, such field of research and practice has been frequently characterized by a lack of implementation. We argue here that this phenomenon is due to the limitations of the static and linear approach to local strategic planning in fostering the development of common shared view among policy makers on the relevant system's structure and behavior. In questi ultimi anni, il lockdown, tra didattica a distanza prima e didattica integrata poi, ha imposto in tempi brevi un processo di digitalizzazione nella formazione, un aggiornamento tecnologico in materia di piattaforme e di connessione, nonché l’attivazione degli insegnanti sul piano metodologico. Nella ricerca sono stati coinvolti 98 docenti di scuola secondaria di primo grado. Transnational corporations (TNCs) are the leading actors of the global economic scene; so their strategic behaviors tend to be followed by their challengers - in search for global competitiveness. Therefore (and in spite of some well known blunders and slippages), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) may have the vocation to become a generalized dimension of the corporate strategy - as well as an answer to some of the very thorny problems facing the humankind. The aim of the paper is to analyze the attitudes toward CSR of the world's top TNCs, in order to see if there is a pattern regarding their strategies.

Il 26 febbraio 2021 è stata avviata una ricerca-intervento ispirata alla teoria dell’educazione personalizzata. Attualmente, 19 studenti (17 femmine e 2 maschi) del secondo anno del corso di studi triennale in Scienze dell’Educazione attivato presso l’Università degli Studi di Palermo, stanno partecipando in qualità di peer-tutor a una iniziativa di didattica universitaria. This paper reports the results of an analysis of process wastewater streams in the context of an increase in yeast production. This research is based on the analysis of data from the biggest yeast factory in Europe. The research presented in this paper involves the analysis of the influence of direction of additional wastewater into the evaporator station on yeast production. In the process wastewater, nitrogen is mainly present in organic forms.
