The aim of this article is to present the distinct legal status of a spa commune (gmina) in Poland. With this aim, the considerations focus on the development of legislation on spa communes, which dates back to 1922. Nevertheless, the basis for the considerations relates to the current legal situ-ation. In her article, the author indicates that a spa commune is a municipality of the dual legal model: standard and special. Aim of the study The aim of the study was to examine the essential aspects of the process of shaping the identity of adopted persons. Subject or material and methods In the study a qualitative method of narrative interview was used. Results The results of the study were then analyzed in terms of self-awareness, family relations and wider social relations, which were described by other adoption researchers as the important factors in the shaping of the adoptive identity. This research is concerned with the implicit learning of regularities in continuous motor tasks (e.g., tracking tasks) and discrete tasks (e.g., Serial Reaction Time tasks). First, a reanalysis of Wulf and collaborator's studies, dealing with implicit motor learning, made it possible to highlight methodological problems and potential biases that provide alternative explanations for the apparent implicit learning obtained in their continuous tracking experiments. Sir, Recently, Parees and colleagues (2014) compared patients with functional (psychogenic) movement disorders and healthy subjects who were asked to match a force delivered to their left finger by pressing on it directly, or by operating a joystick to press down on it, with the other hand. This paper is concerned with content and language integrated learning (CLIL), i.e. classrooms where a foreign or second language (L2) is used as the means of instruction and where content and language learning objectives merge.
