The article examines the interpretation of the Scripture in Byzantine hymnography during the Great Lent. Some notable recent contributions focus on Andrew of Crete’s and Romanos the Melodist’s compositions, illustrating the hymnographic way of understanding the Scriptures. The author of this study presents a selection of stanzas from hymns of the Triodion that refer to the trees of Paradise. Hymnography perceives the trees in Genesis 2–3 in direct connection with the cross. Darba autore pētīja privāta testamenta formu, problēmjautājumus un attīstības tendences, konstatējot nepilnības privāta testamenta normatīvajā regulējumā un piedāvājot tām risinājumus. Darbā ir trīs nodaļas. Pirmā nodaļa ir veltīta testamenta jēdzienam. Autore pētīja testamenta jēdziena vēsturisko attīstību, pievēršot uzmanību testamenta pamatpazīmēm. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt privātā testamenta formu un analizēt privātā testamenta attīstības tendences. Tika analizētas vēsturiskās Latvijas Republikas Civillikuma redakcijas, kā arī spēkā esošā Latvijas Republikas Civillikuma redakcija. Autore izmantoja literatūru latviešu un angļu valodā, izpētija Latvijas tiesu praksi, nacionālo un ārvalstu literatūru, konsultējās ar zvērinātu notāri, lai pilnvērtīgi izpildītu darbā izvirzīto mērķi.Darba izstrādes laikā tika sniegti vērtējumi par testamenta attīstības tendencēm, tika konstatētas nepilnības, sniegti ieteikumi un piedāvāti risinājumi konstatētajām nepilnībām, ar kuru palīdzību būtu iespējams panākt uzlabojumus.
