Il lavoro intende offrire una chiara esposizione dell’attuale dibattito disciplinare sulla scorta della ricca casistica rilevata dall’istituto inglese "The London School of Economics and Political Science" (LSE), al fine di tracciare le direttrici per il suo successivo arricchimento.
