Ce rapport technique a pour but de mettre en forme nos démarches de recherche concernant le sujet de post-doctorat qui m'a été proposé, celui-ci ayant trait au suivi (tracking ) de formes en mouvement. The thesis is devoted to the fundamental problem of excitation and manipulation of quantum systems, having discrete energy spectrum, via external laser fields. We examine the semiclassical time- dependent quantum two-state problem, when the external electromagnetic field is resonant or quasi-resonant for some two of many levels of the system. The focus of the thesis is on the analytic description of the non- adiabatic evolution of quantum systems subject to excitation by level-crossing field configurations. Quantum dynamics of the oxygen isotopic exchange : lifetimes of metastable states of the ozone intermediate complex

This thesis aims to describe the ozone dynamics during the isotopic exchange reactions of oxygen of type xO + yO zO (xO yO zO)* xO yO + zO, where x, y and z are the atomic masses of the stable oxygen isotopes (16, 17, 18). Firstly, we analyze several methods of accurate description of the atom interactions and numerical schemes to obtain the observables for the collision. Then, in a full-quantum hyperspherical formalism, we study the actual dynamics of the reactive process O + O2 -> O3* -> O2 + O. The metastable ozone created can then either decompose into oxygen by the inverse reaction, or relax into stable ozone by exchanging energy with the environment, typically N2 or O2 molecules. Thes…

National audience; Résumé : Dans ce travail, il est question, de juger de la pertinence de l'indice de végétation normalisé (NDVI) pour l'étude de l'évolution du couvert végétal à petite échelle spatiale. Le choix de notre zone d'étude est porté dans le Nord-Cameroun qui, comparativement à la partie méridionale du pays, présente une végétation plus dépendante des conditions pluviométriques. Il en ressort que l'utilisation du NDVI est plus appropriée dans la région située au-dessus du 9e parallèle où la végétation démarre avec un retard de 3 à 9 décades par rapport au début de la saison des pluies. EAAgroSupECOLDUR; Do vole outbreaks have the same effects on suckler beef farms in Burgundy as they do on daily farms in Auvergne and Franche-Comte? Semi-structured interviews were carried out with 19 farmers from Burgundy who had been affected by a water vole outbreak in 2011. The results indicate that, just like farmers in Auvergne and Franche-Comte, farmers in Burgundy witnessed a decrease in forage quantity and quality. Farmers used diverse measures to deal with the outbreak (e.g., avoidance strategies or the use of bromadiolone). We studied the development, phenology, demography and genetic diversity of Cyperus esculentus (Cyperaceae), an invasive clonal perennial weed in the small-statured crops of Haute Lande, southwestern France. The goal was to understand its colonizing capacity and then make propositions for an integrated management of the species.The colonizing capacity of C. esculentus is linked to the huge subterranean vegetative development, with both foraging thanks to rhizomes and multiplication thanks to tubers. La méthode proposée ici repose sur des régressions linéaires multiplesmobilisant deux familles de prédicteurs : des descripteurs du relief et des descripteurs de l’occupation dusol. During their lives animals constantly need to make decisions that influence their survival and their reproductive success. The objective of this thesis was to evaluate the role of two variability sources in decision-making — personality and emotional states — in a sexual context in a monogamous fish, the convict cichlid. Our work about personality highlights its importance on pair compatibility and reproductive success. We also observe that reactive individuals adjusted their behaviour to their partner and thus increased their reproductive fitness. This result supports the hypothesis that reactive individuals are more flexible and thus compensate for their weak competitiveness.Personality t…

Since the 1960s, research has dealt with agricultural intensification (AI) as a solution to ensure global food security. Recently, sustainable intensification (SI) has increasingly been used to describe those agricultural and farming systems that ensure adequate ecosystem service provision. Studies differ in terms of the application scales and methodologies, thus we aim to summarize the main findings from the literature on how AI and SI are assessed, from the farm to global levels.
