Objetivos: Abordar la metodología de estudio con respecto a epidemia/pandemia requiere involucrar pensamiento complejo frente a los retos que denota esta situación. Resumen Objetivo Explorar a traves Google Trends las tendencias del interes de la poblacion espanola sobre informacion relacionada con diferentes tipos de dietas, focalizadas en las mas populares y con estudios de evidencia, a lo largo de los ultimos 10 anos. Material y metodo Se analizaron las tendencias de busqueda de los terminos «dieta mediterranea», «dieta cetogenica», «dieta baja en grasas», «ayuno intermitente» y «dieta vegana». Dropping out of a transdiagnostic online intervention: A qualitative analysis of client's experiences

Introduction An important concern in Internet-based treatments (IBTs) for emotional disorders is the high dropout rate from these protocols. Although dropout rates are usually reported in research studies, very few studies qualitatively explore the experiences of patients who drop out of IBTs. Examining the experiences of these clients may help to find ways to tackle this problem. EHealth Interventions for People Suffering From Sleep Problems and Depressive Symptoms

This chapter highlights qualitative findings from two field studies that focused on supporting people with sleeplessness (Study 1) and moderate depression (Study II). Both the studies were designed to examine the prospective impact of reminders and rehearsal on the effectiveness of web- based eHealth interventions. The interventions were incorporated with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. In this chapter, qualitative findings are reported with an aim to highlight issues that are at times overlooked.
