Se plantean los orígenes, evolución y clasificación de los grupos de interés (stakeholders). Se pone de relieve la relación que se entabla entre la entidad de crédito como organización social y sus diferentes grupos de interés, analizándose la importancia que se asigna a estos. El trabajo de campo se realizó a través de una encuesta contestada por 57 entidades de crédito españolas. Los resultados del estudio muestran la sensibilidad de las entidades de crédito hacia la RSE (Responsabilidad Social de la Empresa), con referencia al conjunto del sector financiero español. Cet article s'intéresse au phénomène d'instrumentalisation des valeurs fondamentales de l'entreprise comme force d'homogénéisation. Ce besoin semble répondre à la nécessité de construire une identité sociale. La démarche du groupe Fournier est explicitée dans le cadre d'une approche "Ressources". L'analyse des conditions de réussite de cette démarche met en évidence la nécessité pour l'entreprise de parvenir à maintenir une cohérence d'ensemble de sa politique générale et de réduire l'inévitable tension entre l'idéal et le réel.

The study of corporate ethics reported in this article sheds light on the content and status of 50 formal ethical statements in large France based companies. Content analysis (with SPAD.T software) reveals potentially divergent view among companies as to the primary nature and purpose of a corporate ethics document. On the one hand, codes contain detailed rules and guidelines devoted to employee conduct. Their objective is to make sure that employees strictly abide by the firm's rules. The purpose of the paper is to define and measure the customer engagement as a forming element of the relationship marketing theory. In the first part of the paper, the authors review the marketing literature regarding the concept of customer engagement and summarize the main models for measuring it. One probability model (Pareto/NBD model) and one parametric model (RFM model) specific for the customer acquisition phase are theoretically detailed. Inequality and poverty in a developing economy: Evidence from regional data (Spain, 1860-1930)

Apart from measuring inequality and poverty at the provincial level in Spain between 1860 and 1930, this paper empirically assesses the relationship between economic growth and both inequality and destitution. The results, on the one hand, confirm the presence of a KuznetsÕ curve. However, although growing incomes did not directly contribute to reducing inequality, at least during the early stages of modern economic growth, other processes associated with economic growth significantly improved the situation of the bottom part of the population. On the other hand, growing incomes and lower inequality levels are shown to have been pro-poor.

Economically, the County of Sibiu has been characterized, especially after 2007, by an accelerated speed of development, the recorded increase pushing our County among the most dynamic economies at regional and national level as well. The present paper aims at analyzing the specificity of the economic development of Sibiu County, namely to identify the resources of the obtained economic progress. The purpose of this study also consists in identifying new opportunities for the local economy, outlining new sources of development that are more important as competition, both at regional and national level, is tighter and tighter.

In this paper the global agricultural land use model KLUM is coupled to an extended version of the computable general equilibrium model (CGE) GTAP in order to consistently assess the integrated impacts of climate change on global cropland allocation and its implication for economic development. The methodology is innovative as it introduces dynamic economic land-use decisions based also on the biophysical aspects of land into a state-of-the-art CGE; it further allows the projection of resulting changes in cropland patterns on a spatially more explicit level.
