Cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) is an established risk factor for cardiovascular disease outcomes. However, the relationship of CRF with risk of ventricular arrhythmias (VAs) is unknown. We aimed to assess the prospective association of CRF with the risk of serious VAs. Cardiorespiratory fitness, as measured by maximal oxygen uptake, was assessed using a respiratory gas exchange analyzer in 2299 middle-aged men in the Kuopio Ischemic Heart Disease prospective cohort. We corrected for within-person variability in CRF levels using data from repeated measurements 11 years apart. Backgroundand aim: Autosomal recessive hypercholesterolemia (ARH) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) metabolism caused by pathogenic variants in the LDLRAP1 gene. Like homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia, ARH is resistant to conventional LDL-lowering medications and causes a high risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases (ASCVDs) and aortic valve stenosis. Sosiaali- ja terveyspalvelujen parissa kokeillaan yhä useammin uudenlaisia kokemusasiantuntijakäytäntöjä, jotka asettavat asiantuntijaorganisaatioita uuteen tilanteeseen. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin kuuden kehittämiskumppanuuskokeiluun osallistuneen kokemusasiantuntijan päiväkirjojen avulla kokemusasiantuntijoiden sairaalaorganisaatioon astumisen ensivaiheita ja organisaatioon sisään pääsemistä. Tulosten mukaan kokemusasiantuntijatoiminnan aloittamiseen sairaalassa liittyy sosiaalisesti ja kulttuurisesti muodostuvia tunteita. El present treball estudia el primer milacre vicentí de què es té constància que va ser imprés: La font de Llíria. Editat anònim a València, el 1822, per primera vegada, és una mostra del teatre popular i de carrer del segle XIX i, a més de ser reeditat en diferents ocasions, arribà a inspirar altres autors posteriors. The present work studies the first trext printed wich is considered a milacre (dramatic piece about Saint Vincent Ferrer). La font de Lliria was published anonymously in Valencia, in 1822, for the first time, and it is a sample of popular theater of the nineteenth century. It has been reedited on several occasions, and it has come to inspire later authors.

Artikkelissa tarkastelemme sukupuolistunutta väkivaltaa aineenopettajaopiskelijoiden koulukokemusten näkökulmasta. Merkittävä määrä nuorista altistuu väkivallan ja häirinnän eri muodoille. Kouluterveyskyselyjen mukaan erityisesti tyttöihin ja sukupuolivähemmistöihin kohdistuva väkivalta ja seksuaalinen häirintä ovat viime vuosien aikana lisääntyneet huolestuttavasti. Koulun ja opettajien rooli ilmiöön puuttumisessa on tärkeä, samoin opettajankoulutuksen, jonka aikana opiskelijoiden olisi tärkeä tulla tietoiseksi väkivallan ilmenemismuodoista ja niihin puuttumisen mahdollisuuksista.
