Conocer la relación entre el nivel de independencia de un grupo de ancianos crónicos-pluripatológicos y paliativos (ACP-P) y la sobrecarga de sus cuidadores, tras un programa de entrenamiento multicomponente adaptado al ámbito domiciliario. Diseño mixto, cuantitativo y cuasiexperimental, con medidas repetidas en el factor Entrenamiento, y dos factores de agrupación: edad (70-79 y ≥80 años) y nivel de deambulación del ACP-P (anda/no anda). Tratamiento cognitivo-conductual de la adicción a videojuegos de rol online: fundamentos de propuesta de tratamiento y estudio de caso

Resumen: El proposito de este trabajo es presentar una propuesta de tratamiento cognitivo-conductual para la intervencion en la adiccion a videojuegos. Se presenta el caso de un varon de 21 anos con problemas con el uso de los videojuegos. Se expone el procedimiento en cada una de las fases de las que consta el tratamiento, asi como los resultados de su eficacia en un estudio de caso. Despues de trece semanas de intervencion se aprecian importantes cambios en el nivel de dependencia. Los resultados muestran una disminucion significativa del tiempo de uso del ordenador y de juego, asi como una mejoria del funcionamiento personal y social del paciente. El objetivo del presente estudio es explorar las relaciones entre la calidad de las relaciones familiares, la percepción del ambiente comunita-rio y la actitud de los adolescentes hacia la autoridad (policía, profesores) y normas sociales, en la predicción del bienestar subjetivo y un problema conductual de actualidad como es la agresión hacia los iguales. Para poner a prueba estas relaciones múltiples se ha utilizado una muestra de 554 adoles-centes de ambos sexos con edades comprendidas entre los 12 y los 16 años. The training in neurofeedback (NF) consists of teaching individuals to modify, adjust and enhance their brain activity pattern. The aim of our research was to evaluate the effect of training on cognitive processes, specifically executive function, and mood in a non-clinical sample. A sample of 30 female college students were assigned to three groups: RH: right hemisphere (n = 10), LH: left hemisphere (n = 10) and control (n = 10). The dominance pattern of beta and the inhibition of the theta pattern were trained in a single session. This paper presents an analysis of the intervention dose-effect of the Parent Child Psychological Support Program© (Cerezo 1990) a program aimed at promoting protective adaptive system in children which is offered to all new-borns in a given catchment area. The program offers support to parents during the first 18 months of the baby's life. The program dose-effect is examined regarding the parents by examining the level of distress reported by them and with babies by examining the development of attachment using the Strange Situation test of Ainsworth et al. The Multidimensional Inventory of Perfectionism in Sport (MIPS) is one sport specific measure of perfectionism developed on the basis of a combination of different multidimensional models. This study assesses the psychometrics of the MIPS in a Spanish sample of young footballers. Participants were 429 Spanish football players with ages ranging from 9 to 13 years. Confirmatory factor analyses showed that a two-dimensional model obtained adequate fit indices and Cronbach’s alpha coefficients showed acceptablelevels of internal reliability.
