Con sentenza depositata il 7 febbraio 2012 le Sezioni Unite si sono pronunciate sul dibattito che riguarda la configurabilità del reato previsto ex art. 615 ter c.p. nel caso in un cui un soggetto legittimamente autorizzato ad accedere al sistema informatico o telematico vi operi per il conseguimento di finalità illecite. Da lungo tempo su questo tema si sono sviluppati due opposti orientamenti giurisprudenziali. The role of adolescents' temperament in their positive and negative emotions as well as in psychophysiological reactions during achievement situations

Abstract This study examined the role of adolescents' (n = 190) temperament in their emotional reactions in achievement situations. Adolescents rated their temperament (i.e., surgency/extraversion, negative affectivity, effortful control) and completed achievement tasks in Grade 6. They also reported their emotions before and during challenging and non-challenging tasks. In addition, adolescents' autonomic nervous system reactions (i.e., skin conductance levels) were recorded. The results showed that high effortful control was related to higher levels of positive emotions independent of the degree of task difficulty. ABSTRACT. Violence is a serious problem, and social and health care providers are in a key position for implementing successful interventions. This qualitative study of 6 focus groups with professionals (n = 30) examines the health care professionals’ ways of framing a domestic violence intervention. Of special interest here is how professionals see their own roles in the process of recognizing and helping victims of domestic violence.
