Isolation and purification of enniatins A, A1, B, B1, produced by Fusarium tricinctum in solid culture, and cytotoxicity effects on Caco-2 cells

Enniatins (ENs) are antibiotic compounds of hexadepsipeptidic structure produced by several strains of Fusarium spp. The ENs A, A(1), B, B-1 were purified from extracts of Fusarium tricinctum grown on a solid medium of corn, by a low pressure liquid chromatography (LPLC) on reverse phase of Amberlite XAD-7 followed by semipreparative LC. The purity and the structure of the isolated compounds were confirmed by LC-MS/MS. The technique of the purification of the fungal extract enabled complete separation of the ENs A, A(1), B, B-1 with a mean purity of 97% for all the compounds. The Gaia ESO Public Spectroscopic Survey (GES) is providing the astronomical community with high-precision measurements of many stellar parameters including radial velocities (RVs) of stars belonging to several young clusters and star-forming regions. One of the main goals of the young cluster observations is to study of their dynamical evolution and provide insight into their future, revealing if they will eventually disperse to populate the field, rather than evolve into bound open clusters. The volume Tommaso Maria Napoli Utriusque Architecturae Brief Compendium 1688 Rome treaty on civil and military factories and preservation of the architecture of the Dominican friar Tommaso Maria Napoli wants to help increase our understanding of the principles that should underpin the realization of civil and military baroque and late baroque period as expressed in the short treatise written by the monk architect born in Palermo Tommaso Maria Napoli (1659-1725) and published in Rome at the end of the seventeenth century. This translation from the Latin of the treaty drawn up by experts (Fabio Zarbo e Pietro Zarbo) included is an interesting research drafted jointly with Giuseppe Tantillo status of some of the architecture without realizing or attributed to the architect Tommaso Maria Napoli. In fact some cards are attached to the volume on the substance and state of preservation of the cathedral of the Assumption of Mary in Dubrovnik (Croatia) of the villas Valguarnera and Palagonia in Bagheria (near Palermo Italy) of the monument to the Immaculate and one of the towers of the church of San Domenico in Palermo (Italy). Objectives To investigate the association between increase in physical activity and changes in cardiometabolic risk factors during a lifestyle intervention programme in routine clinical settings. Design Prospective follow-up. Setting 400 primary healthcare centres and occupational healthcare outpatient clinics in Finland.
