Agustín Moreto is the autor of just one tragedy,La fuerza de la ley(1644).In this work he followed the conventions of the tragedy of honor as designed by Lope de Vega and Calderón de la Barca. In it Moreto reproduces the essential situations of the literary genre and constructs a conflict of love and honor. Nonetheless, he presents asymmetrical characters and (using a mixture of tragedy and comedy as prescribed by Lope in his Arte Nuevo, 1609) adopts an ironic and pragmatic point of view that undermines the dramatic quality of the tragedy. New analysis of ηπ tensor resonances measured at the COMPASS experiment

We present a new amplitude analysis of the $\eta\pi$ $D$-wave in $\pi^- p\to \eta\pi^- p$ measured by COMPASS. Employing an analytical model based on the principles of the relativistic $S$-matrix, we find two resonances that can be identified with the $a_2(1320)$ and the excited $a_2^\prime(1700)$, and perform a comprehensive analysis of their pole positions. For the mass and width of the $a_2$ we find $M=(1307 \pm 1 \pm 6)$~MeV and $\Gamma=(112 \pm 1 \pm 8)$~MeV, and for the excited state $a_2^\prime$ we obtain $M=(1720 \pm 10 \pm 60)$~MeV and $\Gamma=(280\pm 10 \pm 70)$~MeV, respectively.
Constraint handling in efficient global optimization

Real-world optimization problems are often subject to several constraints which are expensive to evaluate in terms of cost or time. Although a lot of effort is devoted to make use of surrogate models for expensive optimization tasks, not many strong surrogate-assisted algorithms can address the challenging constrained problems. Efficient Global Optimization (EGO) is a Kriging-based surrogate-assisted algorithm. It was originally proposed to address unconstrained problems and later was modified to solve constrained problems. Evaluation of the polarization observables I-S and I-C in the reaction gamma p -> pi(0)eta p

We evaluate the polarization observables I(S) and I(C) for the reaction gamma p -> pi(0)eta p, using a chiral unitary framework developed earlier. The I(S) and I(C) observables have been recently measured for the first time by the CBELSA/TAPS Collaboration. The theoretical predictions of I(S) and I(C), given for altogether 18 angle-dependent functions, are in good agreement with the measurements. Also, the asymmetry d Sigma/dcos theta evaluated here agrees with the data. We show the importance of the Delta(1700) D(33)-resonance and its S-wave decay into eta Delta(1232). Decay phase-space volume $I_{aa}$ for the 14 selected partial waves as a function of $m_{3\pi}$, normalized such that $I_{aa}(m_{3\pi} = 2.5~\text{GeV}/c^2) = 1$. The wave index $a$ represents the quantum numbers that uniquely define the partial wave. The quantum numbers are given by the shorthand notation $J^{PC} M^\varepsilon [$isobar$] \pi L$. We use this notation to label the decay phase-space volume in the column headers.
