Modelling the appearance of chromatic environment using hyperspectral imaging

Color of objects is a spectral composition of incident light source, reflection properties of the object itself, and spectral tuning of the eye. Light sources with different spectral characteristics can produce metameric representation of color; however most variable in this regard is vision. Pigments of color vision are continuously bleached by different stimuli and optical density of the pigment is changed, while continuous conditions provide an adaptation and perception of white. Democracy in Constituent Moments: Exploring the Spanish Constitutional Debate of 1931 through Political Theory and Conceptual History

This paper aims to answer the question of why constituent moments are relevant to political theory. It hypothesises the Spanish constitutional debate of 1931 as a case of conceptual innovation in parliamentary politics by arguing that debates in constituent moments entail a special kind of parliamentary argumentation when new political regimes are established. There, all sorts of theoretical, normative, historical, and institutional aspects are discussed to deliberate on the future character and functioning of a political regime. En este artículo se analiza y transcribe el texto redactado por un grupo de destacados profesores y pedagogos españoles exiliados, con especial atención a su contextualización. El grupo integraba la ponencia sobre educación de la Comisión de estudio de los problemas españoles, impulsada por la Unión de Profesores Españoles en el Extranjero. El documento final fue publicado en 1945 en la ciudad de México D.F.: en los Talleres tipográficos de B. Costa Amic, y ocupa 23 páginas.
