After first describing the history and context of Cohesion policies of the EU, the literature on European identity studies is reviewed. This discussion develops an economic utilitarian argument, that citizens in Europe develop their identification with the EU partly on rational considerations, and that the added quality of life provided by investments of the EU would positively influence their European identity. L’articolo analizza le modifiche operate dal disegno di legge n. 2427/2020 (“Nuove norme in materia di illeciti agro-alimentari”) sui delitti del c.p. contro la salute pubblica e sugli illeciti alimentari della legge n. 283/1962. Si evidenziano profili di incoerenza sistematica e un deficit di coordinamento tra i due distinti piani di tutela. In primo luogo, non è chiara la demarcazione tra le fattispecie delittuose di cui all’art. 5 della legge n. 283/1962 e i delitti codicistici contro la salute pubblica. Although there is a decline in brain plasticity across lifespan, neurons in certain areas of the adult brain retain the ability to undergo synaptic, dendritic and spine remodeling in response to different stimuli. This neuronal structural plasticity seems to be the basis for many cognitive processes and it is crucial for adaptive responses to aversive experiences and recovery from brain damage and disease.
