Masteroppgave samfunnskommunikasjon- Universitetet i Agder, 2016 Pasientinvolvering er et hett tema i dagens helse-Norge. Pasientene er mer aktive, krever mer informasjon og mer bestemmelsesrett enn tidligere. Denne oppgaven retter fokus mot hvordan helsepersonell opplever denne endringen. I studien undersøkes det hvordan metoden samvalg med bruk av digitalt samvalgsverktøy påvirker helsepersonells måte å kommunisere med pasienter på. Både hvilke muligheter og utfordringer det digitale beslutningsverktøyet gir for kommunikasjonen med pasienter, og hvilke holdninger helsepersonell har knyttet til dette vil undersøkes. Ophthalmic drug delivery is still a challenge due to the protective barriers of the eye. A common strategy to promote drug absorption is the use of ocular permeation enhancers, while an innovative approach is the use of polymeric micelles. In the present work, the two mentioned approaches were coupled by conjugating ocular permeation enhancers (PEG2000, carnitine, creatine, taurine) to an inulin-based co-polymer (INU-EDA-RA) in order to obtain self-assembling biopolymers with permeation enhancer properties for the hydrophobic drug dexamethasone (DEX). Järjestelmiä prostituution säätelemiseksi luotiin 1800-luvulla ympäri Eurooppaa. Wienissä prostituution säätely aloitettiin yli vuosikymmenen jatkuneiden debattien jälkeen vuonna 1873. Julkisen siveellisyyden suojelun ohella prostituoitujen rekisteröintiin ja säännöllisiin terveystarkastuksiin perustuneen säätelyjärjestelmän tavoitteena oli sukupuolitautien, erityisesti kupan, ennaltaehkäisy. The Interconnecting Hairpin Extension "Arm": An Essential Allosteric Element of Phytochrome Activity

In red-light sensing phytochromes, isomerization of the bilin chromophore triggers structural and dynamic changes across multiple domains, ultimately leading to control of the output module (OPM) activity. In between, a hairpin structure, "arm", extends from an interconnecting domain to the chromophore region. Here, by removing this protein segment in a bacteriophytochrome from Deinococcus radiodurans (DrBphP), we show that the arm is crucial for signal transduction. Crystallographic, spectroscopic, and biochemical data indicate that this variant maintains the properties of DrBphP in the resting state.
