Il saggio analizza in chiave storico-critica l'evoluzione del rapporto di lavoro alle dipendenze delle pubbliche amministrazioni alla luce delle riforme "Brunetta" (d.lgs. 150/2009) e "Madia" (d.lgs. 74/2017 e d.lgs. 75/2017), soffermandosi sulla recente giurisprudenza della Corte costituzionale (sent. 251/2016) e sulle criticità sottese ai decreti attuativi della delega del 2017.

The essay analyzes the Regulation EU 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and it pursues the specific goal of providing a unitary reading of the so-called rights of the data subject, whose is proposed a framing as a set of powers, faculties and remedies intended to make up the content of the unitary right of the protection of personal data. La legge n. 76/2016, nell’offrire un piano di regole alla relazione di coppia same-sex, non contiene previsioni specifiche riguardo all’aspetto della filiazione e dell’adozione, limitandosi a richiamare la legge n. 184/1983 soltanto per escludere la sua applicazione generale nell’ambito delle unioni omoaffettive. Pilsoniskās izglītības sasniegumus ietekmējošie faktori Latvijas skolās: Starptautiskais pilsoniskās izglītības pētījums – IEA ICCS 2016. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizējot ICCS 2016 pētījuma datus, noteikt pilsoniskās izglītības sasniegumus ietekmējošos faktorus un izstrādāt ieteikumus tās pilnveidē. Darbā veikta literatūras analīze par pilsonību, identitāti, piederību, pilsoniskās izglītības īstenošanas priekšnoteikumiem un piemēriem un skolu sasniegumu atšķirību cēloņiem. Empīriskajā daļā pēc ICCS 2016 pētījuma datiem noteikti sasniegumus ietekmējošie faktori.
