Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Eiropas Padomes un Parlamenta direktīvā (ES) 2019/790 par autortiesībām un blakustiesībām digitālajā vienotajā tirgū un ar ko groza Direktīvas 96/9/EK un 2001/29/EK ietvertā pienācīgas un samērīgas atlīdzības principa saturu, kā tas tiek ieviests Latvijas autortiesību regulējumā un kā tas atšķiras no taisnīgas atlīdzības jēdziena. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, tika pētīts atlīdzības regulējums Eiropas Savienības (ES), Latvijas un citu ES dalībvalstu nacionālajās tiesībās. The present paper aims to identify the causes of under-representation of women in E-sports. According to a genre perspective, interest in videogames at the amateur level is quite similar. However, in its professional level, female participation becomes very limited.
