131-Joda terapijas efektivitātes novērtējums diferencēta vairogdziedzera vēža ārstēšanai

Radioaktīvā joda terapija jeb 131-Joda (131-J) terapija pēc totālas vai gandrīz totālas tireoīdektomijas tiek indicēta pacientiem ar diferencētu vairogdziedzera vēzi vairogdziedzera atlieku audu ablācijai un reģionālu vai attālu metastāžu ārstēšanai.Darba mērķi bija izvērtēt 131-J terapijas efektivitāti atkarībā no dažādiem faktoriem un izmeklēšanas metodēm.Retrospektīvs pētījums iekļāva 309 pacientus, kuri saņēma 131-J terapiju no 2016. līdz 2017. gadam, no kuriem 214 pacienti atbilda iekļaušanas kritērijiem. Arī no 309 pacientiem tika atlasīti 34 pacienti, kuriem tika veikta kakla ultrasonogrāfija (USG), vairogdziedzera scintigrāfija, pēc terapijas visa ķermeņa scintigrāfija un vienfotona…

This article deals with Titus? visit to the temple of Venus at Paphos in the second book of Tacitus? Historiae. I argue that apart from its other literary intentions already mentioned by scholars, this digression implicitly connects Titus not only with Aeneas but also with Julius Caesar. Titus? affair with Berenice that recalls Caesar?s affair with Cleopatra, Tacitus? allusions to Lucan?s De Bello Civili where Caesar?s visit to the tomb of Alexander the Great is described, the ?????Motiv and fortuna?s favour that characterise both Roman generals, all contribute to connect Titus with Caesar and allow the reader to view a parallel between the Flavian and the Julio-Claudian dynasty. High-spatial-resolution satellites usually have the constraint of a low temporal frequency, which leads to long periods without information in cloudy areas. Furthermore, low-spatial-resolution satellites have higher revisit cycles. Combining information from high- and low- spatial-resolution satellites is thought a key factor for studies that require dense time series of high-resolution images, e.g., crop monitoring. Las tertulias televisivas poseen gran relevancia en el nuevo ciclo político abierto en España en 2014. Con vistas a analizar el grado de pluralismo político y el rol del moderador que se despliega en ellas, se ha tomado una muestra de 50 programas (25 de “Al Rojo Vivo” y 25 de “Las Mañanas de Cuatro”). La perspectiva es cualitativa respecto al alcance del marco permitido y cuantitativa en cuanto al tratamiento que reciben los partidos políticos. A mid-term estimate of 2018/2019 vaccine effectiveness to prevent laboratory confirmed A(H1N1)pdm09 and A(H3N2) influenza cases in Sicily (Italy)

Abstract Influenza season started in Italy during the month of October 2018, approaching the epidemic peak in January 2019. This report aim to explore the mid-term virologic surveillance data of the 2018–2019 influenza season in Sicily and to estimate the effectiveness of seasonal influenza vaccine (VE) against A(H1N1)pdm09 and A(H3N2) influenza viruses. A test-negative design was used to evaluate influenza VE. In Sicily, almost all influenza infections were sustained by influenza type A viruses, of which 62.3% were A(H3N2) and 36.3% A(H1N1)pdm09.
