Spectral analysis of the AMXP during its 2018 outburst

The Accreting Millisecond X-ray Pulsar IGR J17591-2342 is a Low Mass X-ray Binary (LMXB) system that went in outburst on 2018 August and it was monitored by the NICER observatory and partially by other facilities. We aim to study how the spectral emission of this source evolved during the outburst by exploiting the whole X-ray data repository of simultaneous observations. The continuum emission of the combined broad-band spectra is on average well described by an absorbed Comptonization component scattering blackbody-distributed photons peaking at (0.8 +/- 0.5) keV by a moderately optically thick corona (tau = 2.3 +/- 0.5) with temperature of (34 +/- 9) keV. Resumen En buena parte de los 17 objetivos de desarrollo sostenible marcados como metas de la humanidad por la ONU se deja entrever la sostenibilidad. Debido al modelo socioproductivo dominante, el único modo de avanzar hacia territorios más sostenibles que permitan alcanzar y mantener el bienestar de la población mundial, es tener presente la necesidad de planificar adecuadamente el desarrollo territorial. Este trabajo reflexiona sobre esta necesidad y avanza en la definición de los principales criterios para alcanzar la sostenibilidad territorial en las escalas regionales y locales.

Background: Monitoring dietary habits is important in order to identify risk groups and as a basis for targeted public health initiatives. Objective: To study trends in consumption of selected foods and beverages from 2016 to 2019 amongst Norwegian adolescents according to gender and parental education. Design: Repeated cross-sectional study amongst 25,996 adolescents, aged 14–17 years old. Consumption of selected food and beverages was measured by an online food frequency questionnaire and general linear models were applied to estimate changes in dietary habits. Le modifiche apportate al delitto di traffico d’influenze illecite ad opera della legge n. 3/2019 hanno accentuato il deficit di determinatezza che già caratterizzava la fattispecie sin dalla sua introduzione, delineando un modello di incriminazione incapace di selezionare le condotte di intermediazione penalmente rilevanti distinguendole dalla attività di lobbying consentita. Il lavoro analizza la specifica questione dell’interpretazione del predicato di “illiceità” della mediazione esaminando le diverse tesi proposte in dottrina e in giurisprudenza.
