In contemporary societies we are witnessing an expansion of the messages of human capital. These messages have as their central dimension idea of the self-entrepreneur, which implies a deepening in the logic of activation, while blurring the wage relations. In this scenario, young people with university degrees are becoming a favourite target in the offensive of human capital. The penetration of these human capital messages can be seen in the discourses of young university students who have been forced to leave the country during the crisis. Relaxation of a weakly discontinuous functional depending on one control function

The paper considers an optimal control problem of the typewhere the set M of admissible controls consists of all measurable vector‐functions h, which can take only two values h1 or h2. It is shown that the relaxation of this problem can be explicitly computed by rank‐one laminates.

Properties of zeros of solutions to third order nonlinear differential equations

We investigate the behavior of zeros of solutions to the certain type of third order nonlinear differential equations. We show that the behavior of zeros may be rather different and depend on the nature of nonlinearity in the equation. Main results in the paper are illustrated with a number of examples.

Standards for the evaluation of management scholars lead more and more to exclude forms of scientific production other than the articles published in international scientific journals. The aim of this paper is to test the validity of these norms by analyzing the production of all university professors in management science, based on the «influen- tial» publications in Google Scholar. The articles published in internation- al journals represent only 35 % of in- fluential publications and collect only 40.2 % of citations.
