Development of La3+ Doped CeOthick film humidity sensors

2014

Published version of an article in the journal: Abstract and Applied Analysis. Also available from the publisher at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2014/297632 Open Access The humidity sensitive characteristics of the sensor fabricated from 10 mol% Ladoped CeOnanopowders with particle size 17.26 nm synthesized via hydrothermal method were investigated at different frequencies. It was found that the sensor shows high humidity sensitivity, rapid response-recovery characteristics, and narrow hysteresis loop at 100 Hz in the relative humidity range from 11% to 95%. The impedance of the sensor decreases by about five orders of magnitude as relative humidity increases. The maximum humidity hysteresis …

Observer-Based Robust Control for Spacecraft Rendezvous with Thrust Saturation

2014

Published version of an article in the journal: Abstract and Applied Analysis. Also available from the publisher at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2014/710850 Open Access This paper proposes an observer-based robust guaranteed cost control method for thrust-limited rendezvous in near-circular orbits. Treating the noncircularity of the target orbit as a parametric uncertainty, a linearized motion model derived from the two-body problem is adopted as the controlled plant. Based on this model, a robust guaranteed cost observer-controller is synthesized with a less conservative saturation control law, and sufficient condition for the existence of this observer-based rendezvous controller is derived…

Fault detection for wireless network control systems with stochastic uncertainties and time delays

2014

Published version of an article in the journal: Abstract and Applied Analysis. Also available from the publisher at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2014/250314 Open Access The fault detection problem is investigated for a class of wireless network control systems which has stochastic uncertainties in the state-space matrices, combined with time delays and nonlinear disturbance. First, the system error observer is proposed. Then, by constructing proper Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, we acquire sufficient conditions to guarantee the stability of the fault detection observer for the discrete system, and observer gain is also derived by solving linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a simulation exam…

Multilevel Association Rule Mining for Bridge Resource Management Based on Immune Genetic Algorithm

2014

Published version of an article in the journal: Abstract and Applied Analysis. Also available from the publisher at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2014/278694 Open Access This paper is concerned with the problem of multilevel association rule mining for bridge resource management (BRM) which is announced by IMO in 2010. The goal of this paper is to mine the association rules among the items of BRM and the vessel accidents. However, due to the indirect data that can be collected, which seems useless for the analysis of the relationship between items of BIM and the accidents, the cross level association rules need to be studied, which builds the relation between the indirect data and items of BRM…

Finite-time l1-gain control for positive switched systems with time-varying delay via delta operator approach

2014

Published version of an article in the journal: Abstract and Applied Analysis. Also available from the publisher at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2014/872158 Open Access This paper is concerned with the problem of finite-time l 1 -gain control for positive switched systems with time-varying delay via delta operator approach. Firstly, sufficient conditions which can guarantee the l 1 -gain finite-time boundedness of the underlying system are given by using the average dwell time approach and constructing an appropriate copositive type Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional in delta domain. Moreover, the obtained conditions can unify some previously suggested relevant results seen in literature of both …

A Novel Research on Rough Clustering Algorithm

2014

Published version of an article in the journal: Abstract and Applied Analysis. Also available from the publisher at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2014/205062 Open Access The aim of this study is focusing the issue of traditional clustering algorithm subjects to data space distribution influence, a novel clustering algortihm combined with rough set theory is employed to the normal clustering. The proposed rough clustering algorithm takes the condition attributes and decision attributes displayed in the information table as the consistency principle, meanwhile it takes the data supercubic and information entropy to realize data attribute shortcutting and discretizing. Based on above discussion, …

Research on amplifier performance evaluation based on δ-support vector regression

2014

Published version of an article in the journal: Abstract and Applied Analysis. Also available from the publisher at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2014/574547 Open Access Focusing on the amplifier performance evaluation demand, a novel evaluation strategy based on δ-support vector regression (δ-SVR) is proposed in this paper. Lower computer calculation demand is considered firstly. And this is dealt with by the superiority of δ-SVR which can be significantly improved on the number of support vectors. Moreover, the function of δ-SVR employs the modified RBF kernel function which is constructed from an original kernel by removing the last coordinate and adding the linear term with the last coordi…

A novel data-driven fault diagnosis algorithm using multivariate dynamic time warping measure

2014

Published version of an article in the journal: Abstract and Applied Analysis. Also available from the publisher at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2014/625814 Open Access Process monitoring and fault diagnosis (PM-FD) has been an active research field since it plays important roles in many industrial applications. In this paper, we present a novel data-driven fault diagnosis algorithm which is based on the multivariate dynamic time warping measure. First of all, we propose a Mahalanobis distance based dynamic time warping measure which can compute the similarity of multivariate time series (MTS) efficiently and accurately. Then, a PM-FD framework which consists of data preprocessing, metric lea…

Direct adaptive tracking control for a class of pure-feedback stochastic nonlinear systems based on fuzzy-approximation

2014

Published version of an article in the journal: Abstract and Applied Analysis. Also available from the publisher at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2014/462468 Open Access The problem of fuzzy-based direct adaptive tracking control is considered for a class of pure-feedback stochastic nonlinear systems. During the controller design, fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the packaged unknown nonlinearities, and then a novel direct adaptive controller is constructed via backstepping technique. It is shown that the proposed controller guarantees that all the signals in the closed-loop system are bounded in probability and the tracking error eventually converges to a small neighborhood around …
