Background and aim: In June 2017, University and Health Ministries jointly enacted a decree imple-menting a new accreditation system for the Italian post-graduate medical schools (residency programs). We report the innovations introduced through the reform. Methods: Universities were called to submit post-gradu-ate medical school projects to the National Observatory on medical residency programs, the inter-institutional committee responsible for the entire accreditation process, through an interactive web platform. L’articolo analizza le modifiche operate dal disegno di legge n. 2427/2020 (“Nuove norme in materia di illeciti agro-alimentari”) sui delitti del c.p. contro la salute pubblica e sugli illeciti alimentari della legge n. 283/1962. Si evidenziano profili di incoerenza sistematica e un deficit di coordinamento tra i due distinti piani di tutela. In primo luogo, non è chiara la demarcazione tra le fattispecie delittuose di cui all’art. 5 della legge n. 283/1962 e i delitti codicistici contro la salute pubblica. Italian and Cuban healthcare systems, although operating in very different context, show some of the best evidence in the world in terms of health outcomes. The Cuban model, unique because of an historical-economic-political asset not repeatable, had oriented its development on education and health promotion through a public health approach. Moisture damage can influence the subjective assessment of indoor air quality (subjective IAQ) in various ways. We studied whether the frequency of symptoms reported across students at school level mediates the relationship between observed mold and dampness in a school building and students' subjective IAQ. To answer this research question, we tested a multilevel path model. An Ethnographic Study of Deaf Refugees Seeking Asylum in Finland

Deaf asylum seekers are a marginalized group of people in refugee and forced migration studies. The aim of this paper is to explore and highlight the experiences of deaf asylum seekers in the asylum procedure in Finland. The data come from linguistic ethnographic methods, interviews, and ethnographic observation with 10 deaf asylum seekers.
