This study analyzes the presence of messianic and millennial beliefs in the last period of Ferdinand the Catholic?s reign. For this and after a brief state of the art, we analyze the use of the Christian prophecy of the millennium in speeches and memorials arising from the war in Naples, the North African campaign and the Pisan schism.

This study focuses, from a short story of the blood libel of Saint Dominguito de Val, on answering the questions of when and why the ?tradition? was made about this saint, and the specific moments of his Revitalization until the end of the 17th century. Although the short story of the death of this infant has been occupied by the most diverse writers of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, we take as reference the master Espés and the chroniclers Blancas, Andrés de Uztarroz and Dormer.

We prove the existence of solutions to the 1-harmonic flow — that is, the formal gradient flow of the total variation of a vector field with respect to the [math] -distance — from a domain of [math] into a hyperoctant of the [math] -dimensional unit sphere, [math] , under homogeneous Neumann boundary conditions. Housing affordability problems have become more serious over the course of the last few decades and are now also affecting the middle-class, despite the fall in prices on the housing market. This study proposes a methodology to assess threshold-income as an index for measuring housing affordability by applying a combination of the ratio income and residual income approaches. The methodology is applied to two particular areas of Sicily in Italy as case studies consisting of medium-size metropolitan areas located in a less developed European region.
