Motivos por los que los emigrantes españoles se inscriben en el registro consular

La inscripción en el registro consular no es obligatoria para los emigrantes españoles. Conlleva, no obstante, una serie de ventajas que propician, antes o después, su realización. En este artículo se identifican y analizan los principales motivos que animan a ello a los emigrantes españoles. Se toman como base fundamental los datos e informaciones obtenidos a través de una encuesta cuantitativa y entrevistas semiestructuradas realizadas a más de cuatro mil españoles residentes en el extranjero. Profiles of work intensification among Finnish managers: relationships with well-being and turnover intentions

Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin, millaisia työn intensifikaation eli työn kiihtymisen profiileja voidaan tunnistaa johtajilla ja miten eri profiilien johtajat eroavat toisistaan työhyvinvoinnin ja työnkuvan vaihtoajatusten suhteen. Kyselytutkimuksen otos poimittiin Professoriliiton, Tieteentekijöiden liiton, Suomen Ekonomien ja Tekniikan Akateemisten jäsenrekistereistä. Tutkituista johtajista (N=705) yli puolet (56 %) oli miehiä. Nuevas perspectivas de análisis para entender la migración cualificada del sur de Europa hacia México

This article focuses on skilled migration flows from Southern Europe into Mexico. From semi-structured interviews with Spanish and Italian immigrants living in four Mexican cities of Mexico, it addresses both reasons for immigration and labour incorporation in Mexican labour markets. Specifically, it explores: i) the role of the economic crisis and the lack of good employment in the countries of origin as a key factor when deciding an international migration; ii) the employment opportunities offered in Mexican labour markets for the highly-skilled immigrants, and iii) the role played by the Mexican state and its current immigration law when channelling this group into the labour market

Koulun johtamisella on keskeinen rooli ikääntyneiden opettajien työhyvinvointiin ja jaksamiseen. Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin yli 30 vuoden työuran tehneitä liikunnanopettajia ja kahta liikunnanopettajataustaista rehtoria. Tavoitteena oli saada tietoa siitä, mitkä asiat koulun johtamisessa ovat vaikuttaneet liikunnanopettajien työhyvinvointiin ja viihtymiseen työuran aikana. Teemahaastatteluina kerätty aineisto analysoitiin sisällönanalyysin keinoin. Tutkitut liikunnanopettajat olivat innostuneita työstään, mikä voimaannutti heitä. In this chapter the main issues concerning legal effects of international legal rules in domestic orders are examined in a systematic way. This investigation is underpinned by the following five pillars. First, the idea that States are not bound by international obligations in this respect.
