El presente trabajo contrapone dos versiones de la justicia transicional: para la primera, minimalista, se trata de una justicia ordinaria que solo es excepcional porque debe ejercerse en condiciones extremas que no afectan sin embargo a su naturaleza. En cambio, en la segunda concepción, la justicia sale profundamente transformada ante el tipo de violencia política que debe afrontar, e inaugura de forma permanente una posición diferente de la justicia en la democracia. [EN] This article analyses raising conflicts between children ́ education ́s right and freedom of education belonging to parents and tutors, according to the complex article 27 of Spanish Constitution, especially after the recent sentence of Constitucional Court dated from 2nd December 2010, all of this in relation with the possiblility of giving basic education not through compulsory education but homeschooling.

Peer mentoring is commonly used for didactical and learning purposes. In this study we examine peer group mentoring in the university context. The aim is to promote understanding of peer group mentoring based on a meta-analysis of two primary studies: teacher students and teacher group tutors. As a result, three core categories were found: 1) Individual’s participation in the group, 2) Professional development with others and 3) Community enabling sharing and development. Previous research has rarely addressed trust in leadership at the organizational level. This study addresses this research gap by examining the influence of the magnitude of organizational trust in leadership and consensus about this trust on job satisfaction. The magnitude refers to shared trust in leadership among organizational members, whereas consensus captures the variability in perceptions within organizations, even when overall agreement exists.
