Resumen El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar cómo la sostenibilidad (económica, social y ambiental), bajo el enfoque de triple línea base, afecta la calidad de servicio, el valor logístico y la satisfacción en empresas del sector marítimo. Se propone un modelo teórico que se contrasta con la información suministrada por una muestra de 50 responsables de empresas (transitarios, importadores y exportadores) en Panamá. Decision n. 2334/2018 by Corte di Cassazione represents a revirement with regards to the liability of teachers and more generally, instructors, since it admits these subjects are responsible also for students who are eighteen or “almost eighteen” years old. More specifically, tough, the Court also specifies that at the same time being eighteen plays a relevant role in the burden of proof that, as it is well known, it is established to come from the teacher. The latter will have only to prove the age of his students in order to avoid his responsibility since the harmful event is a casual occurrence.

Fondée par Philippe Buchez et Jules Bastide, la gérance de la revue est confiée à Auguste Ott, qui en devient ensuite le directeur, en reconnaissance de sa fidélité à Buchez. Jusqu'à la Révolution de 1848, la Revue Nationale, éditée par le typographe René et Compagnie, maintient son rythme mensuel. Durant toute sa publication, il coûte 10fr à Paris et 12fr dans les départements. A partir du 9 mars 1848, suite à l'avènement de la Seconde République, la revue acquiert le sous-titre d'Organe de la démocratie chrétienne, et devient un hebdomadaire dans le but d'informer plus fréquemment ses lecteurs sur les affaires politiques et institutionnelles du pays.
