L’objet de notre étude est de situer l’œuvre de Philippe Pinel (1745-1826) : Traité médico-philosophique sur l’aliénation mentale ou la manie, publié en 1801, dans l’histoire de la psychiatrie française et espagnole. Management of cutaway peatlands is a key issue in many countries. Whilst afforestation has been considered as a suitable after use option for cutaway peatlands, growing conditions after peat harvest are often adverse. This paper aims to justify the use of theatre plays as valid corpus to characterize aspects of Spanish socio-cultural face, specifically the historical evolution of face work in Spanish. Literature works have not always been considered as valid corpus due to its fictional nature and stylistic purpose. Los seres humanos parecen tener dificultades para tomar decisiones cooperativas y racionales, en beneficio propio y de los demás, después de haber experimentado un conflicto intergrupal. Tras el conflicto, los miembros del otro grupo despiertan emociones negativas en los miembros del propio grupo, que dificultan dicha racionalidad, algo que es congruente con las teorías sobre el razonamiento y la toma de decisiones más aceptadas actualmente. Sin embargo, la racionalidad cooperativa se puede estimular involucrando a las personas en discusiones grupales donde se pueda deliberar de manera más pausada acerca de las decisiones a tomar.

International audience; Let X,Y be two nonempty sets, Φ an extended real-valued bivariate coupling function on X × Y and Γ a subset of X × Y. The present paper provides extensions to the well-known generalized Φ-conjugacy and Γ-polarity of diverse results of our previous work [2] related to φ-conjucacy and Λ-polarity, where Λ is a subset of a vector space E and φ is a function on E defining the particular coupling function (x,y)→φ(x−y) on E × E. A particular attention is devoted to the conjugacy functions (resp. polarity sets) which are mutually generating. Finally, for a superadditive conjugacy function Φ, we obtain a full description of the class of Φ-envelopes.
