Here we show that inorganic polyphosphate (polyP), a polyanionic metabolic regulator consisting of multiple phosphate residues linked by energy-rich phosphoanhydride bonds, is present in the synovial fluid. In a biomimetic approach, to enhance cartilage synthesis and regeneration, we prepared amorphous polyP microparticles with Mg2+ as counterions. The particles were characterised by X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) and Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopic (FTIR) analyses. In this article we wish to discuss different normative dilemmas that teachers and psychotherapists meet in their work with the student and the patient. We argue that crucial for a good practice is not the actual choice between normativity and freedom, between generalized or authorized standards and individual dialogue. The concepts of spirit and spiritual immutation, although widely neglected, is of great interest for the understanding of Aquinas' theory of perception. In this article it will be argued that on historical as well as systematic grounds in Aquinas the concept of spiritus is ontologically ambiguous being the main question whether it has to be conceived of as something mainly material or immaterial. The ambivalence becomes especially obvious in his treatment of spiritual immutation, A brief outlook to Albert the Great and Roger Bacon aims to show that in the 13th century there were in fact theoretical alternatives to Aquinas' explanation of perceptual processes.

El objetivo es analizar la hermenéutica filosófica de Hans-Georg Gadamer con vistas a considerar la posibilidad de llevar a cabo una lectura intercultural a partir de sus planteamientos. Se cuestiona la lectura intercultural que de la hermenéutica de Gadamer lleva a cabo Ram Adhar Mall. Con Gadamer, pero más allá de él, se detectan las posibilidades y limitaciones de su concepto humanista de cultura (Bildung) y se ensaya un modo de autosuperación hermenéutica de la cultura en la interculturalidad.
