Retos en la internacionalización y supervivencia de los nuevos emprendimientos manufactureros

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la relación entre la orientación internacional y la supervivencia de empresas manufactureras de reciente creación. Para ello se estudió una muestra de 2.975 nuevos emprendimientos constituidos durante el período 2001-2010 en la industria textil-confección de España. Metodológicamente, se han empleado modelos de duración mediante regresiones de Cox, que modelizan el riesgo relativo asociado con una variable en función del tiempo transcurrido hasta que sucede el evento. Improved Quadratic Time-frequency Distributions for Detecting Inter-turn Short Circuits of PMSMs in Transient States

This paper aims to improve quadratic time-frequency distributions to adapt condition monitoring of electrical machines in transient states. Short-Time Fourier transform (STFT) has been a baseline signal processing technique for detecting fault characteristic frequencies. However, limits of window sizes due to loss of frequency- or time-resolution, make it hard to capture rapid changes in frequencies. Keskitymme artikkelissamme nuorten (alle 35-vuotiaiden), taiteilijoina toimivien yrittäjien ja freelancereiden näkemyksiin omasta työstään, työolosuhteistaan ja tuloistaan. Aineistonamme on Kulttuuripolitiikan edistämissäätiön ja Taiteen edistämiskeskuksen keräämä Nuoret taiteentekijät ‑kyselyaineisto vuodelta 2018 (n = 565). Erotimme aineistosta artikkelimme otokseksi yrittäjien ja freelancereiden (n = 209) edellä mainittuja asioita koskevat vastaukset. Käytämme heistä yhteisnimitystä yrittäjätaiteilijat. Innledning Innføring av telemedisinske tjenester har vist seg å være komplekse, fordi det i en telemedisinsk innovasjon utvikles nye tjenester, prosesser og organisasjonsformer. Det er forsket mye på slike innføringer på sykehus, men vi vet lite om hvordan dette foregår i norske kommuner. Derfor har vår problemstilling vært: Hvordan foregår innføring av telemedisinske tjenester i norske kommuner? Materiale og metode For å besvare problemstillingen har vi brukte en kvalitativ metode med fire fokusgruppeintervju med 24 informanter fra 21 kommuner i tre helseregioner.
