While French inheritance law has recently sought to give everyone more freedom to anticipate the transmission of their estate, it still guarantees to the children a reserved portion in his estate. This guarantees the deceased?s children a minimum share in his/her estate. However, the mechanisms protecting this reserve are subject to legal adjustments when spouses wish to organize the protection of the couple?s survivor, either by submitting to a conventional matrimonial regime or by giving themselves gifts that improve the legal succession of the spouse. Article 69 of Legislative Decree 546/92, in the current version, incorporates the principle of immediate enforceability of all judicial tax decisions, including those favorable to taxpayers. However, the Customs Agency, following a wrong interpretation of article 68, paragraph 3 bis, of Legislative Decree 546/92 and of the European regulations referred to therein, considers the above mentioned principle unapplicable with regards to non-definitive decisions concerning the European Union's own resources. A systematic interpretation of the rules leads to the conclusion that even these decisions are immediately enforceable.
Updating the orbital ephemeris of the dipping source XB 1254-690 and the distance to the source

XB 1254-690 is a dipping low mass X-ray binary system hosting a neutron star and showing type I X-ray bursts. We aim at obtaining more accurate orbital ephemeris and at constraining the orbital period derivative of the system for the first time. In addition, we want to better constrain the distance to the source in order to locate the system in a well defined evolutive scenario. We apply for the first time an orbital timing technique to XB 1254-690, using the arrival times of the dips present in the light curves that have been collected during 26 years of X-ray pointed observations performed from different space missions. Controversy persists on the association between dairy products, especially milk, and cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Genetic proxies may improve dairy intake estimations, and clarify diet-disease relationships through Mendelian randomization. We meta-analytically (n T (nonpersistence>persistence), dairy intake, and CVD biomarkers in American (Hispanics, African-American and Whites) and Mediterranean populations. The Mandatory Administrative Complaint-Mediation Filter, introduced by the Italian legislator in art. 17 bis of Legislative Decree 546/92, finds precedents not only in Europe, between western civil law countries closer to the Italian legal tradition but also in other continents. Uno de los mayores logros del siglo XX es el aumento de la esperanza de vida de la población humana. En Europa, ésta se ha duplicado entre 1900 y 1992. En todos los casos la esperanza de vida de las mujeres supera a la de los hombres. De hecho, en España en 1900, la esperanza de vida para los hombres era de 33.7 años y para las mujeres de 35.1, es decir, un 3.8% superior en mujeres frente a hombres. En 1992 la esperanza de vida de los hombres era de 73.7 años, mientras que la de las mujeres era 83.8, lo cual supone un 9.9% más en las mujeres que en los hombres. Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were easily and efficiently functionalised with highly cross-linked polyamines. The radical polymerisation of two bis-vinylimidazolium salts in the presence of pristine MWCNTs and azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as a radical initiator led to the formation of materials with a high functionalisation degree. The subsequent treatment with sodium borohydride gave rise to the reduction of imidazolium moieties with the concomitant formation of secondary and tertiary amino groups.
