: The Argentine legal system is part of the constitutional paradigm. In this case, the gender perspective is an essential condition to make a legal correct interpretation because its postulates influence any notion and course of legal action. On this matter, I assume a theoretical foundation of the gender theory and I recommend a decalogue of interpretative standards which receive its vision.

Si presenta una nuova antologia manoscritta di canzoni siciliane, conservata a Catania presso un privato e databile intorno al 1600, che contiene una cospicua sezione di più di cinquanta ‘ottave’ intestate a vari autori accanto a 349 'canzuni' in massima parte adespote. Analysoin artikkelissani Helsingin Sanomien pääkirjoitusaukeaman tekstejä vuodelta 2014 ja selvitän, millaisen kuvan ne rakentavat länsimaista. Pohdin myös, millä tavalla Ukrainan kriisi ja Venäjän osallisuus siinä osaltaan vahvistavat näkemystä länsimaista kaikessa heterogeenisuudessaan yhtenäisenä toimijana.
