This study analyzes STS 150/2021, of February 8, which has declared the deductibility of late payment interest in Corporation Tax. To do this, a review is made of the nature of the moratory interest, the forecast of the tax on the calculation of the taxable base in said tax and the framing of these interests within the deductible expense.

Abstract Objective: Most tumors express antigens which, when presented by MHC molecules, can be recognized by cytotoxic T-lymphocytes. These tumor-associated-antigens (TAA) are considered to be key determinants in the graft-versus-tumor effect after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) and are therefore potential candidates for tumor vaccination. Abstract In BCR/ABL positive CML, defining new, additional therapeutic targets in the pathways, activated by BCR/ABL is critical for the development of new treatment strategies, especially for patients resistant or refractory to Imatinib. While studying the involvement of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway in the development of such resistance we have uncovered the existence of additional, Akt-independent mechanism of activation of mTOR/p70-S6 Kinase pathway. Assim, este trabalho tem como objetivo desenvolver formas de distribuicao de custos dos centros de custos auxiliares aos centros de custos principais. Para tanto, foi realizado um estudo no Porto de Valencia, visando distribuir e redistribuir os custos aos diferentes centros auxiliares e principais.
