Mass media, and especially television, are powerful discursive instruments, responsible for the construction of social imagery through ideologically determined content. For this reason, the creation of a regulatory body with authority over the audiovisual sector in countries without one was urged by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in 2000. Spain is the only EU country without an audiovisual council with authority at the state level. Cost-effectiveness of bedaquiline in MDR and XDR tuberculosis in Italy

ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of bedaquiline plus background drug regimens (BR) for multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) and extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis (XDR-TB) in Italy. Methods: A Markov model was adapted to the Italian setting to estimate the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) of bedaquiline plus BR (BBR) versus BR in the treatment of MDR-TB and XDR-TB over 10 years, from both the National Health Service (NHS) and societal perspective. Study on the Correlation Between Working Capital and Economic Value Added for the Companies Relating to the Hotel and Restaurant Industry Listed on t…

In the present study was determined the influence of the value change of the working capital on the variation of the economic value added indicator on a sample consisting of a number of 26 companies (2007-2017) belonging to the hotel and restaurant industry, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The correlation between the indicators was achieved by using the multiple linear regression method. The study showed that there is a strong link between the two economic indicators, over 80% of the change in economic value being explained by the change in working capital.
